To transfer a Chick-fil-A Gift Card (physical or eGift) balance onto a Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card, which is a digital gift card available on your Chick-fil-A One® Account or on the Chick-fil-A® App, follow the steps below:
To transfer a Chick-fil-A Gift Card balance using the Chick-fil-A App:
- Open the Chick-fil-A App.
- Select “Scan” at the bottom of the home screen.
- Click the “Add Funds” button below the QR code.
- Select the option to “Transfer a gift card” at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the gift card number and PIN.
To transfer a Chick-fil-A Gift Card balance using a desktop:
- Log in to your Chick-fil-A One Account here.
- Select “Account.”
- Select “Payments and Subscriptions.”
- Select “Add Funds.”
- Select the option to “Transfer a gift card” Enter the gift card number and PIN.
At this time, we do not accept third-party gift cards to be transferred to a Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card.
Once a Chick-fil-A Gift Card has been loaded to a Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card on the Chick-fil-A App, the card balance is only accessible through your Chick-fil-A One Account on the Chick-fil-A App or Chick-fil-A website, and the actual physical gift card will correctly show a zero balance.
If you would like to use the balance of your Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card to pay for your order, but your balance is less than your order total, follow the instructions in this FAQ to load the exact amount to pay for your order onto your digital gift card.
