How do I transfer a gift card onto the Chick-fil-A App?

To transfer a gift card balance onto a Chick-fil-A One Card, which is a digital gift card available on your Chick-fil-A One Account or on the Chick-fil-A App, follow the steps below: 

To transfer a gift card balance using the Chick-fil-A App:

• Open the Chick-fil-A App
• Select "Scan" at the bottom of the home screen.
• Click the "Add Funds" button below the QR code.
• Select the option to "Transfer a gift card" at the bottom of the screen.
• Enter the gift card number and PIN.

To transfer a gift card balance using a desktop: 

• Log in to your Chick-fil-A One Account on chick-fil-a.com.
• Select "Payments and Subscriptions”.
• Select “Add Funds”.
• Select the option to "Transfer a gift card" Enter the gift card number and PIN. 

Once gift cards have been loaded to a digital Chick-fil-A One Card gift card on the Chick-fil-A App, the card balance is only accessible through your Chick-fil-A One Account on the Chick-fil-A App or Chick-fil-A website, and the actual physical gift card will correctly show a zero balance.
