1. Eligibility: Chick-fil-A Golden Fan Cup Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old. Employees, officers, and representatives of Chick-fil-A Inc. (“Sponsor”) including Chick-fil-A® location operators and team members, Merkle Inc. (“Administrator”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
2. Sponsor: Chick-fil-A, Inc., 5200 Buffington Road, Atlanta, GA 30349. Administrator: Merkle Inc. (previously known as HelloWorld, Inc.), 3000 Town Center, Suite 2000, Southfield, MI 48075.
3. Agreement to the Official Rules: Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Timing: The Promotion begins on January 5, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for prize redemption.
5. How to Enter: There are 2 ways to enter:
- Purchase a Collectible Cup: During the Promotion Period, purchase a collectible “Cup” at a participating Chick-fil-A® restaurant, while supplies last. There will be 5 different Cup designs offered throughout the Promotion Period. Each Cup will contain a “Card Insert” that will indicate if you are a potential winner. While it is intended that the gold Cups will contain the winning Card Inserts, in all cases the win or lose message on the Card Insert will be determinative, regardless of the color of the Cup. Winning Card Inserts will include a unique “Code” and prize claim instructions. All potential winners must complete the online prize claim process to claim their prize and are subject to verification before the prize will be awarded. See Section 7 below on how to claim the prize.
- Mail In for a Chance to Win: To enter without purchase, you must have a Chick-fil-A One® account. Chick-fil-A One® accounts are free, but are subject to the program Terms and Conditions. Print your name, address, phone number, email address associated with your Chick-fil-A One® account and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Chick-fil-A Golden Fan Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5013, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5018. Limit: 1 entry request per envelope. All mail-in requests must be sent by July 1, 2026 and received by July 9, 2026. All requests become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entry requests, which will be disqualified. For each mail in request received, entrant will receive 1 entry into one of the two “Drawings” detailed below, based on the date Administrator receives the mail-in request.

For all Entrants: Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected or postage-due mail in entry requests, or for invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Card Inserts, or Codes, each of which will be disqualified.
6. All potential WINNERS are subject to verification by Sponsor or administrator, whose decisions are final AND BINDING. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the CARD INSERT and code SHOULD so indicate, unless and until ENTRANT HAS SUBMITTED THE CODE TO THE REDEMPTION SITE, entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept PHOTOS, COPIES OR other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.
7. Winner Selection, Prize Redemption and Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. You must be a Chick-fil-A One® member to claim a prize. The Chick-fil-A One® program is free, but is subject to the program Terms and Conditions. If you are not a member, then you may join online or through the Chick-fil-A Mobile App. Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the prize claim process are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
- For Entrants who purchased a winning collectible Cup: There will be 3,000 winning Cups available as of the start of the Promotion Period randomly seeded within all 5,603,000 Cups available for purchase. Accordingly, the odds of receiving a winning Cup are approximately 1 in 1,868. If you received a winning Cup, you must complete the following online claim process no later than July 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET:
- Visit chick-fil-a.com/prize-cup-sweepstakes (the “Redemption Site”);
- Log into your Chick-fil-A One® account; and
- Enter the unique Code on your Card Insert and your state of residency.
You will receive an email shortly after completion of this online process confirming your eligibility, and, if you are verified as eligible, the prize will be loaded directly into the Rewards section of your Chick-fil-A One® account. Failure to complete the process during the Promotion Period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Potential winners should retain their winning Card Insert until they have received their prize.
For Mail-In Entrants: On or around the dates listed above in Section 5.B., Administrator will award an additional number of prizes to mail-in entrants by conducting random drawings. The number of prizes awarded at each of the 2 random drawings will be determined based on the number of mail in requests received, ensuring that the odds of winning are at least equal to (or greater than) those of the entrants who purchase a Cup (1 in 1,868). Specifically, for every 1,868 mail-in requests received for each Drawing, Administrator will select 1 winner. If there are fewer than 1,868 mail-in requests, Administrator will randomly select 1 winner. If no mail-in requests are received, no winner will be selected for that Drawing. There is no cap to the number of prizes Sponsor may award to mail-in entrants. Administrator will notify winners by email. Prizes will be deposited into winner’s Chick-fil A One® account, in the Rewards section, within approximately 1-4 weeks after winner confirmation.
8. Prizes:
Chick-fil-A® for a Year: Each winner will receive Chick-fil-A® for 1 year, awarded as winner’s choice of 52 Chick-fil-A entrées (limited to choice of Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, or Chick-fil-A Nuggets (original or grilled (8-count)) loaded directly into winner’s Chick-fil-A One® account and redeemable at participating Chick-fil-A® restaurants. Prize expires 1 year from the date it was loaded into winner’s Chick-fil-A One® account. Prize may not be accepted at some Chick-fil-A restaurants, including Chick-fil-A Express™ and Chick-fil-A licensed locations such as airports, college campuses, office complexes and hospitals. Use with other offers may be restricted. Entrees are subject to availability. Chick-fil-A One® Terms and Conditions apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $360. Actual value may vary depending on the location of the participating restaurant and the entrée item selected. Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value received and estimated value provided here.
Sponsor estimates that it will award 3,054 prizes in total. Sponsor further estimates that 230 of these prizes will be awarded to residents of Florida and 55 prizes will be awarded to residents of New York.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. ARVs are determined as of the time these Official Rules were published and the value of a prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Limit: 1 prize per person.
Total estimated ARV of all prizes expected to be awarded in the Promotion: $1,099,440.
Total estimated ARV of all prizes expected to be awarded in New York restaurants: $19,800.
Total estimated ARV of all prizes expected to be awarded in Florida restaurants: $82,800.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Sponsor is not obliged to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion in a manner deemed reasonable by Sponsor and may modify the prizes offered herein. If terminated prior to the stated end date of the Promotion Period, all valid-non-suspect prize claims received as of the date/time of termination will be fulfilled in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, redemption process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries or prize claim codes, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent or more prize claims are received than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials and the Official Rules as posted on the Redemption Site, the Official Rules as posted on the Redemption Site shall prevail, govern, and control.
11. Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, DoorDash, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, operators, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).
12. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or provided by entrants; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections to the internet, in phone lines, or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion, including but not limited to the entry or redemption process; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, including but not limited to the processing of entries or redemption of Codes; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or to the receipt, use, inability to use or misuse of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity.
13. Disputes: All disputes will be resolved as set forth in the Chick-fil-A One® Terms and Conditions, which require, among other things, 60 days’ notice of any disputes, mandatory arbitration (or small claims cases) and a class action waiver.
14. Entrant’s Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
