How local Owner-Operator Jason Sutton in Colorado uniquely recognizes exceptional leadership and commitment in his Restaurant

From U.S.  Army bases to the bustling kitchen of Chick-fil-A® Quebec Street in Denver, Colorado, local Owner-Operator Jason Sutton applies leadership lessons learned from his time serving our country to shape the culture in his Restaurant.

Inspired by his prior military experience, Jason has implemented a special tradition: awarding challenge coins to Team Members who exemplify exceptional leadership and embody his Restaurant's core values.

The coins themselves, available in both English and Spanish, are a symbol of pride and commitment. Embossed with the Restaurant’s three core values – "Committed to Excellence, Servant's Heart and Integrity" – they reflect the guiding principles Jason has instilled within his team. Additionally, the coins showcase the Restaurant's collective mission and vision, further solidifying their significance. Earning a coin is a prestigious accomplishment, recognizing a Team Member's dedication and exceptional contributions.

"Everybody takes a tremendous amount of pride in that challenge coin," Jason explains.

And it's not just a token to display; recipients carry their coins with them, a constant reminder of their commitment to excellence and the values they uphold at Chick-fil-A Quebec Street. This tangible symbol of recognition fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and inspires each Team Member to strive for their best.

Jason's innovative approach is a testament to his leadership and his dedication to creating a positive and rewarding environment for his team.
