What are Signature Surprises?
Signature Surprises are our way of saying “thank you” for being a Signature Member. From the chance to claim curated Chick-fil-A apparel to enjoying one-of-a-kind experiences, we hope you feel the love through each Signature Surprise opportunity. Read on to learn how it works.
How it works
On the day of the Surprise, we’ll send an app notification. Click on the link provided and sign in with your Chick-fil-A One® account.
Fill out and submit a claim form. (Note: You can only submit one claim per Surprise.)
Check your email to see if a prize is headed your way. If not, stay tuned for the next Surprise and try again!
