Steps
- In a medium bowl, toss peppers and onions with 1 tbsp of oil and fajita seasoning.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add in pepper mixture and sauté 5 minutes.
- Add in sliced chicken, toss thoroughly, and cook 5 minutes more to heat through.
- Portion into tortillas and serve immediately.
