Meet Restaurant Operator
Sereena Quick
It’s my full-time job—and really my passion—to make sure your visit is always a great one. While I am part of a large organization, as an Owner-Operator, I’m actually an individual business partner of Chick-fil-A. This brings not only responsibility and accountability, which is good for Guests and our Team Members alike, it also allows me to bring a local flavor to the Restaurant. Once a former local & federal probation officer and Director at Malvern Chick-fil-A, each experience has equipped my success as a Operator, making history in the City of Philadelphia as the first black woman Chick-fil-A Owner-Operator. As a member of this great community, I get involved with schools, charities, and community events that mean something to our neighbors and team—and make our community life better and more enjoyable. It’s also my privilege as your Owner-Operator to serve as your local community touch point for the Chick-fil-A® Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that puts into action our company’s commitment to support youth, education, and other causes. At Chick-fil-A City Ave, we choose to be EXCELLENT. It is my duty to run a business that models care, creates opportunities and promotes hope.
