Developing future leaders
Every year, at least twelve (12) $25,000 scholarships are awarded to students based on academic success, community service and financial need. Selected Community Scholars are invited to participate in the Chick-fil-A Scholars Program, an optional one-year engagement that includes mentoring and leadership development alongside our Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Scholars and Eddie White Servant Leadership Award Recipient.
Through this program, we recognize remarkable individuals who share our dedication to caring for others and caring for their communities. It is our pleasure to support the academic journeys of these future leaders.
At Chick-fil-A, we wholeheartedly believe in the importance of education and opportunity. It is a privilege to support the advancement of service-minded leaders through the Chick-fil-A Community Scholars program, helping them forge a path to follow their dreams and have a positive influence on others. Relieving educational expenses
Awards can be used for tuition, fees, books and education-related expenses incurred at any accredited college, university or vocational/technical school. Scholarship checks are made payable to the school and cannot be applied toward student loans or refunded to students. In addition to the scholarship, these students will be invited to participate in a year-long program focused on leadership development.

In March, our Community Scholars were invited to the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, GA for what they thought was a final scholarship interview. Instead, each was surprised with a $25,000 scholarship to help them follow their dreams.
Our 13 Community Scholars were selected due to their outstanding academic achievement, demonstrated care through community service, as well as personal recommendations from a teacher, coach, community leader or mentor who spoke to each recipient’s personal and professional achievements.
