How do I change the email address on my Chick-fil-A One account?
If you are the account holder and would like to change the email address associated with your Chick-fil-A One® account, sign into your account on www.chick-fil-a.com/MyProfile with the email address used to set up your account. Select "Sign-In" and then "Edit" next to your email address. From here, you may update your email address to an email address that is not currently associated with another Chick-fil-A One account.
You can also change your email address in the Chick-fil-A App by clicking the “For You” icon at the bottom of the screen and then selecting “Account” in the top right corner. From here you’ll select “Profile” and “Edit profile”. From this page you can change the email address associated with your account.
An email verification link will be sent to the new email address on your account. Please know that the email address on your account will not be changed until you verify your new email address. The link in the email will expire after 24 hours. If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam folder and ensure you typed your new email address correctly.
