Chick-fil-A One members can earn Chick-fil-A One® points or redeem rewards (with exceptions) when selecting delivery powered by DoorDash in the Chick-fil-A® App from participating restaurants.
- Select “Deliver to me,” enter your address, choose a location, and pick DoorDash as your delivery partner.
Delivery orders initiated on third-party apps (including DoorDash) are not eligible to receive Chick-fil-A One points or redeem rewards.
Points received do not include any amounts paid in delivery fees, small order fees, surcharges, gratuity, sales, use or other transactional taxes. Rewards for $0 delivery offers cannot be redeemed on these orders.
