Your local Owner-Operator can send rewards, event invitations and promotional email communications to Chick-fil-A One® Members. If you are subscribed to email notifications, you will receive an email when you receive a reward from a local Chick-fil-A® restaurant.
To change your email preferences, sign into your Chick-fil-A One account here. Select “Edit Profile” from the left-hand navigation bar. Scroll down to the Notifications section. Ensure that the “Reward emails” is selected.
You can also view your rewards at any time through the app by selecting “Rewards” then “My Rewards” or online.
