As of June 12, 2023, Chick-fil-A^® is introducing an enhanced ordering experience, giving customers more choices to tailor their meals and create new flavor creations. You can customize your meal in the Chick-fil-A^® App using the tap-to-add and tap-to-remove features when you order. Regardless of how you order, these updates will help you make your meal uniquely yours.

Can I still order items that I don’t see on the menu?

• As part of this update, some locations may offer additional add-on ingredients that will appear in the Chick-fil-A^® App when ordering from that restaurant. Check the app or contact your local restaurant for available customizations.

Are these changes offered on third-party delivery platforms?

• Customers will see these changes reflected on the Chick-fil-A^® App as well as third-party delivery platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub.
