Why is Chick-fil-A testing a new 24 oz. specialty plastic cup?

To improve our operations and guest experience, we’re testing a replacement of the 16-ounce cup with a 24-ounce specialty clear cup for our iced coffee and seasonal beverages at select locations. This test will only run at participating restaurants in San Antonio and Austin, Texas and Minneapolis from April 8 through August 2024. 
 
Customer feedback will help us determine if the larger cup will be offered at additional restaurants in the future, so please let us know what you think at chick-fil-a.com/customer-service/contact.
