What is the new Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich and where is it available?
When and where is the Chick-fil-A™ Cauliflower Sandwich available?
Starting Monday, February 13, the Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich will be available at participating restaurants in three markets: Denver, Colo., Charleston, S.C. and North Carolina’s Greensboro-Triad region for a limited time while supplies last. Although the Cauliflower Sandwich cannot be catered, you can order it ahead for pickup or delivery from select locations on the Chick-fil-A® App or online.
What is the new Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich?
The Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich is made from a tender filet from a whole cauliflower that is breaded in our signature seasoning and pressure-cooked in 100% refined peanut oil. Like the original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, the new cauliflower entrée will be served on a toasted buttery bun with two dill pickle chips.
Is the sandwich vegetarian?
Because milk and eggs are used in the preparation process and we do not designate vegetarian-only preparation surfaces, Chick-fil-A does not consider the Cauliflower Sandwich to be vegetarian. But the Cauliflower Sandwich is plant-forward, as it places a tender filet from a whole cauliflower at the centerpiece of the entrée. It’s a great option for those looking to bring more vegetables into their diet without sacrificing the Chick-fil-A flavors they know and love.
