Does Little Blue Menu offer vegetarian or gluten friendly options?
Little Blue Menu® restaurants offer menu items that are gluten-friendly, vegetarian, or can be modified to fit a gluten-friendly or vegetarian diet. Some menus items are prepared without gluten-containing ingredients. But because we have sources of gluten in our kitchen, there is a risk that cross-contact gluten may occur during the preparation and cooking of these items. Vegetarian items contain no beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish, or ingredients derived from animals (e.g., gelatin, chicken broth, animal rennet), but may contain eggs or milk. Cheeses processed with microbial enzymes (not rennet) are marked as vegetarian.
