As an Operator, I help each member of my team define their purpose and reach their full potential, whether it’s inside or outside the walls of our restaurant. Every day, we will positively impact lives and commit to our Vision and Mission by serving each other and our guests with excellence. Our Mission is to be a “home away from home" in the San Fernando Valley on both sides of the counter. We aim to create a culture where growth is constant and comfortable, and where feedback is openly shared and embraced. My Chick-fil-A journey began in my college years, as a Team Member, then Team Leader, and an eventual Director of Operations. I originally had every intention of attending medical school, but upon graduation from the University of South Carolina in 2015, I felt called to pursue a career with Chick-fil-A instead. I felt as though I had found my true passion and life’s purpose within the brand. I set a goal to get back home to California, become an Operator, and recreate the same culture and environment that made me fall in love with Chick-fil-A.
