Kayla Anderson

Kayla Anderson, Owner/ Operator, has been serving the Chick-fil-A organization for 27 years, with a vast array of responsibilities and leadership positions. Kayla's passion is valuing results and relationships, mastering the delicate dance to drive for excellence while maintaining healthy relationships with her team members. The Germantown location is built with 130+ total Team Members. “One of our Core Values is 'growth'. I want each person hired to know that they have the opportunity to learn, further their skills, find their purpose, and pursue roles of responsibility. I know that this may be a temporary position during a season of life, but it can also be one of tremendous value if they choose it." Kayla's leadership influence extends beyond the four walls of the restaurant, sponsoring 4 of the local high schools with Lead 'Em Up, a leadership and character program designed for coaches and athletes. "Our product is chicken, but our passion is influence. Chick-fil-A has given me the tremendous platform to pour into others, and our local community schools are just one of those ways we can add value beyond the front counter."
