Aloha
We can’t wait to welcome you to our Hawaiʻi Chick-fil-A® restaurants. We admire Hawaiʻi’s caring culture, sense of community and the warm spirit of its people. Chick-fil-A® is committed to caring for its people and serving its communities, and we are excited about the opportunity to grow in Hawaiʻi with people who have the same passion for service and hospitality.
Commitment to community
Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, believed a “great company is a caring company.” His vision of caring for others continues to inspire us today, as we donate surplus food through Chick-fil-A Shared Table and give back to our local communities through the Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Awards. In January 2022, we were honored to award $300,000 to The Maui Farm as part of the True Inspiration Awards.

Get to know our food
Chick-fil-A is known for serving customers freshly prepared food made with quality ingredients, including the original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich. Because chicken is at the center of our menu, we serve only real breast meat with no fillers, artificial preservatives, or steroids. Our chicken contains no added hormones (like all chicken in the United States) and is raised with No Antibiotics Important to Human Medicine (NAIHM). For more information, please click here. To complement our chicken, fresh produce is delivered to Chick-fil-A restaurants up to six times a week for the best quality and flavor.

A great place to grow careers
Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job — it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Team Members have opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring, and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.
“Raised right down the road, I cannot wait to give back to this community that means so much to me and my family.”
