Meet Restaurant Operator
Shawn Willis
I have had the pleasure of serving the Alamance community as the owner of these Chick-fil-A's for 19 years. Previously, I owned and operated 2 other Chick-fil-A restaurants, one in Charlotte and another in Vero Beach FL. Being a part of this community has meant the world to me and my family. We have raised our children here and are now enjoying our grandchildren living here as well.
I have the pleasure of serving on the Alamance County Board of Advisers for Salvation Army. The SA is an amazing organization doing amazing things to serve the needs of our community. I am so grateful for their dedication to those in need.
Additionally, my team and I have created a leadership development program called Launch. My heart has always been to help people reach their full potential as a leader. We haven taken that passion and desire to the next level by making it official. We are recruiting around the southeast for graduating seniors who want more for their futures. Seniors who want a leg up on their competition as they compete for top positions in other organizations in career fields of their choice. This program is about us giving back and helping others achieve their dreams of being a leader. Our restaurants are fast paced and high demand. We are multi-generational and diverse. It challenges all leaders to be relevant to their teams. It is a great place to learn the soft and hard skills of being a leader. I love what this brand and business allow us to offer to the next generation of leader! I invite you to apply if this sounds like a program you would be interested in.
Lastly, we are now partnered with Point University out of Georgia to offer a free college experience. The tuition is covered by me and if you qualify, a Chick-fil-A annual scholarship could potentially cover the rest of your expenses. It a great opportunity! We would be glad to share more details with you if you chose to apply.
