Meet Restaurant Operator
Micah Harris
Micah Harris is the local Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A in Sylacauga which has been serving our surrounding community delicious meals with commitment to hospitality and second-mile service since opening in 2018. His passion for community-involvement and the pursuit of excellence is reflected in his business and public speaking. In the past, Micah has served as a Board Member on the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce and he currently sits on the Culinary Arts/Hospitality Committee for the EARTH project at SAFE in Sylacauga. Micah's restaurant has been voted Best in the Coosa Valley for Best Serve Staff, Best French Fries, and Best Fried Chicken in 2022 and 2023. Chick-fil-A Sylacauga is honored to have also received awards from the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce: the 2019 Horizon Award and the Outstanding Business Award for Businesses with 11-50 Employees in 2024. In 2019, SAFE-a local non-profit organization-received a $75,000 True Inspiration Award from Chick-fil-A with Micah's nomination and support on their application. He enjoys speaking at local school events, business planning retreats, and he also facilitates a weekly course at SAFE for their Workforce Ready! program. He shares his insights and inspires his audiences through his accessibility, humor and story-telling. Micah Harris is a dedicated husband to his wife Angela, and he's a proud father of three children.
