Meet Restaurant Operator
Jason Molinari
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jason Molinari, and I am the Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Day Street. My wife, Tawnya, and I are proud parents to our son, Dominic, and grateful to have our daughter-in-law, Savanna, as part of our family. We also share our home with two energetic dogs, Eggs and Olive.
I proudly served in the United States Coast Guard for 22 years and retired in 2017. During my career, I spent six years with the Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Team (TACLET), a specialized unit that supports maritime law enforcement and national security missions, including counter-drug operations and interdiction efforts. I concluded my service as an Aeronautical Engineering Officer and search and rescue pilot flying the MH-65D Dolphin helicopter at Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans. While we valued the opportunity to live in several states over the years, Tawnya and I were both born and raised in Southern California, and we are truly thankful to be back home surrounded by family and friends.
While you are here, please know that you are our guest. If there is anything we can do to make your visit more enjoyable, please let us know. If your experience does not meet expectations, we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Service is our specialty, and it is truly our pleasure to serve you.
At Chick-fil-A Day Street, our mission is: "To use great food and genuine hospitality to inspire community." We are proud to partner with organizations throughout the surrounding communities, and we always welcome new ideas for how we can serve. If you would like to connect with us, our Brand Ambassador, Jennifer, would be glad to hear from you. Thank you for visiting us. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you.
