Meet Restaurant Operator
Chris Cannon
Chris Cannon’s love for hospitality began long before he joined Chick-fil-A. Growing up on a cattle farm in East Texas, Chris and his sister were adopted into the Cannon family at a young age. His parents lived with an open door and open table, welcoming neighbors, friends, and anyone who needed a place to belong. That experience shaped Chris’s belief that hospitality can change lives, a belief that still drives him today.
Chris has served with Chick-fil-A since 2009 starting as a Front of House cashier, and most recently as an Executive Director in San Jose. Over the years he has developed a passion for coaching teams, building leaders, and creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and cared for. When he was selected as the Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Petaluma, he knew it was an opportunity to bring that heart for hospitality to a community he and Lizzie immediately fell in love with.
Lizzie, a former elementary educator with a love of music plays a key role in shaping the warmth and culture of the restaurant. Together, the Cannons are committed to building a place where team members can grow and where every guest experiences what they call transformational hospitality care that goes beyond great service to create moments that matter.
Their restaurant is built on values that guide every decision: integrity, excellence, servant-minded leadership, curiosity, growth, and shared responsibility. Chris and Lizzie are honored to serve the Petaluma community and look forward to creating a restaurant where everyone feels welcome and at home.
