Andrew is passionate about cultivating the next generation of leaders in business through his Chick-fil-A Leader Launch program, where he hires, coaches, and launches the next generation of leaders into careers of their dreams. In his free time, Andrew enjoys fitness, golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Mary, and children Emmett and Charlie. Andrew is a resident of Ward 5 in NE DC, where he owns a home within walking distance of the Chick-fil-A at Catholic University.
