Meet Restaurant Operator
Heather Thompson
Every morning when I walk through these doors, I think about the families we’ll serve, the conversations that will happen across our tables, and the team members who choose to give their time and energy here. My hope is simple: that every person who walks in feels genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. I never want your visit to feel routine. I want it to feel intentional.
While we’re part of the Chick-fil-A family, this restaurant is something I steward with my whole heart. I feel a deep responsibility to protect the culture here and to build something our community can be proud of. As S. Truett Cathy said, “We’re not in the chicken business, we’re in the people business.” That mindset shapes how I lead every single day.
Our team means so much to me. They’re not just employees, they’re students, parents, leaders, and friends. I care deeply about their growth and the environment we create together. This community matters to me in a real way. I want us to show up, give back, and be a place you trust. If you see me, please say hello. I’d truly love to meet you.
