I’m Joyce Mueller, and I’m so excited to serve the our community as the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A’s first restaurant in Ann Arbor, a place I’ve called home for more than 25 years.! 💛 My Chick-fil-A journey began when I was just 15, working as a Team Member. From day one, I fell in love with the way Chick-fil-A does more than serve food — it creates moments of joy, care, and connection and truly values each guest and team member. Those early experiences shaped how I lead today. Before stepping into this dream role, I built my career in marketing and leadership, helping teams grow, build brands, and serve their communities with excellence. But no matter the job, one thing has always been true — it’s all about people. Here in Ann Arbor, our mission is simple: ✨ Serve delicious food with warm and welcoming hospitallity ✨ Care for our guests, our team, and our community. ✨ Create a place where everyone feels valued and seen. When I’m not at the restaurant, you’ll find me cheering on my kids, running with my dogs, or experimenting with new recipes inspired by my travels.
