Meet Restaurant Operator
Russell Wade
Russell Wade began his journey with Chick-fil-A at the age of 15. Over the years, he worked diligently through high school and college, with the goal of one day owning his own restaurant. After 1.5 years of traveling between various units, he was fortunate enough to be selected as the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A at Berkeley Mall at the age of 24. In 2005, the Chick-fil-A relocated to a free standing unit, known as Chick-fil-A Goldsboro. For over 30 years, Chick-fil-A has been much more than a career for him. It has taught him invaluable life lessons, provided incredible opportunities, and introduced him to lifelong friends. As the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Goldsboro, he is passionate about creating a culture where team members feel valued, customers receive exceptional service, and the community is positively impacted. He is blessed to share this journey with his wife, Jennifer, and their two wonderful children. Russell and his family love serving the community where they live, work, and attend church. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and working out. Fun fact is that icedream is Russell's favorite menu item at Chick-fil-A. His favorite pastime is when he could enjoy eating an icedream cone with his father.
