Meet Restaurant Operator
Steve Bouhadana
Hey there, Blackwood! My name is Steve Bouhadana, and I am honored to introduce myself as your local Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Gloucester Outlets! My journey with Chick-fil-A began in 2014 as a high school team member at the Freehold Raceway Mall. Inspired by my own Operators, I made it my goal to pursue becoming an Operator myself. I worked at Freehold Raceway Mall for 9 years before working nearly 3 years in Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program, traveling the country to transition existing restaurants and support new restaurant openings. I'm humbled and beyond excited for this incredible opportunity. It is my passion- and vision- to develop the next generation of leaders, and invest in the growth of our community. As a Rowan Graduate myself, I am beyond excited to come home as a local business owner, and I look forward to building a business that brings life to our community, and supports the futures of our team members, and those we serve. I look forward to welcoming you in our restaurant soon!
