Meet Restaurant operator
Waylon Willoughby
Our organization began in 2014 when I took over Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard FSU. While there I was able to build the foundation of what I wanted my restaurant to be, which is community focused and continuously setting the standard for excellence. After several years, my family and I were beginning to look for another opportunity. In 2019 we were able to move to Polaris Parkway FSU and began building upon the foundation that I had cultivated during my time in Hilliard. This led to us adding to our organization by taking on Polaris Fashion Place Mall in 2021. In addition to being community focused, another goal is to be involved in my team members lives. I do this because I am passionate about helping them to achieve their wants and desires inside and outside of the organization.
