Aaron Weast
Aaron Weast is excited to build relationships and serve customers and the community at Chick-fil-A 104th & May. He previously served as the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A at I-40 & MacArthur in Oklahoma City beginning in 2013. With 37 years of leadership experience, Aaron brings a rich background in organizational development, team building, and mission-driven service. Prior to joining Chick-fil-A, he spent 15 years as the Head of two private Christian schools and 10 years as the Director of a Christian camp—roles that strengthened his lifelong commitment to developing people and building strong communities.
A trusted leader and mentor, Aaron has contributed to multiple advisory boards, offering a steady, people-centered voice in organizational growth and strategic decision-making. He remains passionate about cultivating leaders, empowering teams, and investing in the next generation.
Aaron and his wife, Deena, have been married for 37 years and cherish time spent with their children, grandchild, and extended family. Outside of his professional work, Aaron enjoys traveling, personal growth, and speaking on leadership, family, and values-driven living.
