Meet Restaurant Operator
John Mitchell
I grew up in middle Georgia, where I learned the value of hard work and genuine hospitality from my parents–an attorney with a small, private practice and an incredible stay at home Mom. I started my career with Chick-fil-A in 2019 shortly after graduating from Covenant College. I've worked every role in the restaurant, from hand breading chicken, making lemonade, unloading truck, wrapping biscuits (I love our biscuits), and everything in-between. Over the last six years, I’ve led teams in Chick-fil-A restaurants all over the country, with stops in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, and Chattanooga (queue Johnny Cash "I've been everywhere, man"). Now, I'm excited to serve as Owner/Operator for the second Chick-Fil-A location in the state of South Dakota. I'm passionate about great food, genuine hospitality, and developing the next generation of leaders. My wife and I are excited to work and live and raise our family in one of America’s best cities!
