Our Community
At Chick-fil-A, we’re committed to strengthening the cities and neighborhoods we serve. One of the ways we do this is through the Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Awards® program, which awards millions of dollars in grants to dozens of organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada each year. We also encourage our customers and local community members to apply for the Chick-fil-A Community Scholars® program, which supports leaders of all ages who want to continue learning. Here are a few other ways we care for our local communities: • We sponsor Chick-fil-A Leader Academy®, a national high school leadership program focused on impact through action, at Roosevelt High School. • We recycle the cooking oil used in our restaurant, which is collected and converted into clean-burning renewable fuel. • We engage in recycling programs in our Restaurant to show care for our planet.
