Meet Restaurant Operator
Mitch Fielder
My name is Mitch Fielder, and it’s truly an honor to serve as your local Owner/Operator. I love Middle Tennessee—the towns, the history, and the state itself—but most of all, I love the people. There’s a genuine sense of community and hospitality here that’s rare, and Springfield embodies that spirit in a powerful way.
While Chick-fil-A is a national brand, our restaurant is very much a local business. We are deeply committed to Springfield and passionate about serving this community well. There’s no place I’d rather invest my time, energy, and heart. We are incredibly grateful to be part of this town, and it’s our desire that Chick-fil-A Springfield feels like a place where families gather, team members grow, and the community feels cared for.
For our family, this restaurant is more than a business—it’s a calling. We strive every day to live out Chick-fil-A’s corporate purpose: “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.” As we look to the future, it’s exciting to imagine where this journey may lead—the relationships we’ll build, the lives we’ll touch, and the stories we’ll share… all beginning with something as simple as a chicken sandwich.
Just as Truett Cathy was deeply invested in the original Dwarf Grill, it is my desire to honor his legacy by being fully invested in Springfield. We look forward to serving our guests, our team members, and our community with care and excellence. Our hope and prayer is that as we open our doors and serve each day, Chick-fil-A Springfield becomes a meaningful part of your life and this community we’re proud to call home.
