My name is Edgar Ortega and I am the proud Owner/ Operator of Chick-fil-A Mesa Street and Chick-fil-A Desert Blvd. Born and raised in our community I look forward to serve you and make feel at home when you visit our restaurants. I have been with Chick-fil-A almost 25 years and have worked on every position in the restaurant which has given me the experience and knowledge not only in operations but to better understand the needs of our team members and how to care for them in order to treat them like I would like to be treated. We have developed our organization vision "To Make People SHINE" in order to always focus on our main goal; our people! By growing, empowering and providing the tools and resources needed for them to achieve their dreams and goal while providing operation excellence to our guests. Throughout the years my team, guests, and the company have always been the reason behind the many successes we’ve experienced as an organization. I look forward to continuing to serve the El Paso community, develop the futures of my team members, and innovate with Chick-fil-A as we continue to thrive both personally and professionally.
