CULLMAN, Ala. (Nov. 13, 2025) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Cullman community at its newest location on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, at 6 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Randy Earnest to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Cullman North, marking his second restaurant in the community.
Located at 5411 AL Hwy 157, Chick-fil-A Cullman North will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery and Mobile Thru.

“After nearly two decades in this community, opening Chick-fil-A Cullman North is an incredible opportunity to deepen the impact we’ve already made,” said Earnest. “Cullman is where my kids have grown up, where I’ve watched young Team Members grow into leaders, and where I’ve built lasting relationships with Guests. I’m excited to continue serving the Guests who make this community so special.”
For Earnest, the opening of Chick-fil-A Cullman North is a continuation of his long-standing commitment to the people of Cullman. During his tenure, he’s created a culture centered on growth and leadership, mentoring numerous Team Members — including seven who have gone on to become Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators themselves. His vision to change lives is at the heart of his leadership, guiding how he develops his team and serves his community. With the new location, Earnest looks forward to creating even more opportunities for growth and connection, building on the legacy of care and service his team has established in Cullman.

- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Food Bank of North Alabama, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Creating approximately 100 jobs in the Cullman community and offering meaningful opportunities for Team Members to thrive, both personally and professionally.

To celebrate the restaurant opening, Earnest and team are calling on the community to show their spots on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun.
