Restaurant Celebrates with Cows Eat Free Offer on Opening Day and $25,000 Donation to Address Food Insecurity
GLASGOW, Ky. (Sept. 25, 2025) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Glasgow community at its newest location on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., creating approximately 120 jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Sarah Jane Cobb as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Glasgow.
To celebrate the restaurant opening, Cobb and team are calling on the community to show their spots on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 850 N L Rogers Wells Blvd., Chick-fil-A Glasgow will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery and Mobile Thru.

Cobb began her Chick-fil-A journey as a Team Member in high school before pursuing a career in broadcast journalism. After several years as a reporter and anchor, she felt drawn back to Chick-fil-A and joined the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program. For more than two years, she and her husband, David, traveled nationwide supporting existing restaurants and restaurant openings.
After 18 moves in eight years of marriage, the Cobbs are excited to plant roots in Glasgow with their young daughter. With a deep passion for serving with excellence, Cobb brings a heart for hospitality and community. As the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Glasgow, she is committed to creating an environment where guests enjoy more than just great food—they experience genuine care.

- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Feeding America Kentucky’s Heartland, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 35 million meals nationwide to date.
