Locally Owned and Operated
As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.

In San Antonio, Ramirez-Bustamante will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 120 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.

Ramirez-Bustamante began her career with Chick-fil-A in 2003 after moving to the U.S. from Colombia to provide more opportunities for her family. She found working as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Statesville in North Carolina the perfect opportunity, which allowed her the flexibility to also attend English classes. Ramirez-Bustamante transferred to nearby Chick-fil-A Davis Lake where she continued to learn the ins and outs of the business as a Team Manager and Interim Manager.

In 2009, Ramirez-Bustamante joined the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program and traveled the country to support new restaurant openings. Three years later, she was selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Mall del Norte in Laredo, Texas. In 2015, Ramirez-Bustamante relocated to San Antonio to become the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Huebner & Babcock, which she will continue to operate along with Chick-fil-A Loop 410 & Evers Road.

Throughout her 20-year career with Chick-fil-A, Ramirez-Bustamante has been committed to connecting with local communities and instilling servant leadership in Team Members. She looks forward to continuing to pour into San Antonio through Chick-fil-A Loop 410 & Evers Road’s support for local youth nonprofits.

“Chick-fil-A has opened many doors for me and my family, which I do not take lightly,” said Ramirez-Bustamante. “I have since been devoted to making an impact in my community. I am excited to build on what we’ve accomplished in San Antonio these past eight years and open more doors for others through Chick-fil-A.”

Caring for the San Antonio Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of San Antonio Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.

In addition, Chick-fil-A Loop 410 & Evers Road is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the San Antonio area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.

Along with Chick-fil-A Huebner & Babcock, Ramirez-Bustamante's new restaurant plans to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and non-profits in need. To date, more than 23 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Team Member Investment
Chick-fil-A Operators are committed to hiring, developing and retaining top talent and providing a positive work environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. Team Members have opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.

Delicious Food; Outstanding Customer Service
Chick-fil-A is known for serving customers great-tasting food made with high-quality ingredients, including the original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich. Made with a real, whole, boneless breast of chicken with no added fillers, the breaded chicken is pressure cooked in fully-refined peanut oil. Chick-fil-A was one of the first in the industry to eliminate chicken raised with antibiotics to ensure Guests have an option for high-quality food on the go.

To complement the great-tasting chicken, fresh produce is delivered to Chick-fil-A restaurants up to six times a week for the best quality and flavor. The fresh ingredients are raised and grown by farmers who share the company's elevated quality and safety standards, so Guests feel good about their meal.
