Restaurant Celebrates with Cows Eat Free Offer on Opening Day and $25,000 Donation to Address Food Insecurity
PARAGOULD, Ark. (August 21, 2025) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Paragould community at its first location on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025, at 6 a.m., creating approximately 120 jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Robert Randolph as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Paragould.
To celebrate the restaurant opening, Randolph and team are calling on the community to show their spots on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 2904 West Kingshighway, Chick-fil-A Paragould will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery and catering. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of each community, Chick-fil-A Paragould will also feature a playground to serve Guests with children.

“I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity to serve alongside my wife, Jill, as we bring Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality to Paragould,” said Randolph. “After serving in multiple restaurants across the country and working shoulder-to-shoulder with Team Members at every level, it’s an immense honor to now open my first restaurant, Chick-fil-A Paragould.”
Randolph was first introduced to Chick-fil-A as a player in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, never expecting it would lead to a career. He began his Chick-fil-A journey working as a Team Member in Greenville, South Carolina in 2016, before serving in various capacities at Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country.
After two years of training, Randolph was selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Paragould, which will be the city’s first location. He and his wife, Jill, along with their three children, are excited to join the Paragould community, and make an impact on the city they now call home.

Randolph is committed to giving back to the Paragould community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in Northeast Arkansas to aid in the fight against hunger.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 35 million meals nationwide to date.
