Restaurant celebrates with Cows Eat Free offer on opening day
PALM COAST, Fla. (Nov. 6, 2025) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Palm Coast community at its newest location on Nov. 11, 2025, at 6:30 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Glen Efford to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods, marking his second restaurant in the community.
To celebrate the opening, Efford and team are calling on the community to show their spots on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 5865 State Route 100, Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery, mobile pick-up and catering.

“My inspiration to become a Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operator was about more than a career change – it was about finding a way to make a larger impact in the community I love,” said Efford. “Now, opening a second restaurant, I’m excited to continue that mission by mentoring the next generation of young leaders and serving the growing Palm Coast community with care.”
Efford’s journey to Chick-fil-A was shaped by his brother, whose decision to leave a corporate career for restaurant ownership showed him how work could be both purposeful and community-driven. He followed his brother’s footsteps and pursued the path to becoming a local Owner-Operator after leaving his own corporate role in 2008. In 2015, he opened Chick-fil-A Palm Coast, which he will continue to operate alongside Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods. Efford looks forward to expanding his commitment to the Palm Coast community with a restaurant and team dedicated to delivering care through delicious food and remarkable service.
Caring for the Palm Coast Community
Efford is committed to giving back to the Flagler County community by: Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date. Creating approximately 100 new jobs.Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Central Florida area to aid in the fight against hunger.
