Restaurant to Bring Approximately 100 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community

In place of the traditional Chick-fil-A First 100® Grand Opening celebration, Chick-fil-A Russell Cave Road will be surprising 100 local heroes making an impact in Lexington with free Chick-fil-A for a year. Additionally, in honor of the new restaurant opening, Chick-fil-A will donate $25,000 to Feeding America. The funds will be distributed to partners within the greater Lexington area to aid in the fight against hunger.
Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A Russell Cave Road is locally owned and operated by David Hall. Following his graduation from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010, Hall started his Chick-fil-A journey as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Renaissance Village in Durham, N.C. and transitioned to Interim Manager in 2014. After two years on the road with his wife completing Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program, Hall was selected to become the Operator of Chick-fil-A Southpark Mall in Moline, Ill. During his time in Illinois, Hall and his wife became licensed foster parents and dedicated themselves to serving those around them. Hall looks forward to opening Chick-fil-A Russell Cave Road in Lexington, where his wife grew up and graduated from college.
“I am humbled and excited by the opportunity to create a positive and welcoming dining experience through this new restaurant,” said Hall. “I look forward to mentoring my Team Members, providing great-tasting food and serving my community with genuine hospitality.”
