Line a 8x8 pan with plastic wrap along the bottom and sides.
In a large bowl, pour your Peach treat of choice, pecans, drained crushed pineapple, and sweetened condensed milk. Use a rubber spatula to fully combine.
Add whipped topping, carefully fold mixture together until no white streaks remain. Pour mixture in an even layer into the prepared pan, cover loosely with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
Once fully frozen, loosen the edges of plastic wrap from the sides of the pan. Overturn the pan onto a cutting board until the frozen mixture releases. Peel back the plastic wrap, cut into 9 squares (or 12 smaller squares, if desired) or use a sturdy cookie/biscuit cutter to punch out circular rounds.
Transfer the bars onto a serving platter and enjoy. Freeze any leftovers, covered.
