Without limiting the Legal Terms and Conditions of Use, you should particularly observe the following when making a Submission:
- Submissions (including any text and accompanying photos) may be edited for grammar, spelling, and inappropriate content or may not be posted on this Site. Submissions also cannot be dangerous or unsafe to make or produce. Submissions cannot contain any logo, trademark, service mark, storefront, trade dress, mascot, photograph, or other image of any business or company, other than Chick-fil-A. Such inappropriate photographs are strictly prohibited, and any Submission in violation of the above requirements and restrictions will not be posted.
- By making a Submission, you hereby agree that Chick-fil-A, Inc., or its affiliated entities, shall be the sole and exclusive owner of any materials submitted by you to this Site.
