Sharing Stories - Legal Terms of Use and Submission Guidelines

1. All uploaded photos should be in JPG, GIF, or PNG format and no larger than 2 MB.
2. All Submissions are subject to Chick-fil-A's Terms and Conditions of Use for this Site (“Terms and Conditions of Use”). See http://www.chick-fil-a.com/legal. All capitalized defined terms shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions of Use. By making any Submission, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, you should not make a Submission.
3. Submissions should accurately reflect your personal beliefs and experiences with us and our products and services.
4. It may take 24 to 48 hours (or more) for a story to be reviewed, and if approved, posted on this Site. We may, without notice to you, refuse Submissions for any reason or no reason, including those Submissions that violate the Terms and Conditions of Use, are irrelevant or inappropriate, or represent us in a negative way or in any manner not consistent with our brand and/or reputation, as determined by us in our sole discretion. Chick-fil-A shall have absolutely no obligation to give feedback or reasoning for why a Submission is not posted on this Site

Without limiting the Terms and Conditions of Use, you should particularly observe the following when making a Submission:

5. Submissions (including any text and accompanying photos) may be edited for any reason, including, grammar, spelling, and irrelevant or inappropriate content. Chick-fil-A shall have the sole right to edit, reject, or remove a Submission from this Site at any time.
6. Submissions must not infringe upon any rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity, and/or privacy.
7. Submissions cannot be or contain any content that is or may be perceived as violent, immoral, offensive, hateful, defamatory, illegal, pornographic, obscene, or similarly inappropriate. Submissions cannot contain, include, or encourage images or activities that are dangerous, unsafe, or present unreasonable risk of harm to person or property, and photographs cannot suggest or imply to any person to undertake any dangerous, unsafe, or unduly risky activity, as may be determined in Chick-fil-A's sole and absolute discretion. Submissions also cannot be dangerous or unsafe to make or produce.
8. Submissions cannot contain any logo, trademark, service mark, storefront, trade dress, mascot, photograph, or other image of any business or company, other than Chick-fil-A.
9. By providing a Submission to us, you expressly grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable (i.e., fully assignable and sub-licensable), worldwide, royalty-free license to disclose, copy, reproduce, display, publicly perform, transmit, distribute, translate, reformat, incorporate, and otherwise use your Submission along with your name, photograph, voice, likeness and other information, content, or materials embodied therein, in whole or in part, and create derivative works therefrom, in any media now known or hereafter developed, and for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes without compensation to you or anyone else. You also permit any user to access, display, view, store, and reproduce your Story as posted on this Site for personal use only. Finally, you hereby acknowledge that you have obtained all necessary rights and authorizations from other individuals and third parties contained in a Submission before submitting them to this Site.
