Chick-fil-A One Membership Status Duration

Member tier status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular member tier status each year or the status will not be maintained. Each year, a member has until December 31^st to reach or maintain status. On January 1^st, points towards tier status will reset to zero. Points toward status do not rollover. To view your status information, select "Rewards" then "My Status" through the Chick-fil-A App or online by visiting the Points section (https://www.chick-fil-a.com/MyProfile/Points) of your profile page.
