I gifted a reward to the wrong recipient. Can I take it back?

No. Unfortunately, once a reward has been gifted and the recipient has received it, the action cannot be undone. We are unable to credit your account with the gifted reward or the points used to redeem this reward. The gifted reward will remain in your account under "My Rewards" until a recipient has redeemed it using the QR code or added it to their Chick-fil-A One^® rewards. Until this time, you may continue to share the gifted reward link using the service of your choice. You may share this link using the method of your choice. Each reward link may only be used once, and the link will be void after the reward is redeemed or expires, regardless of how many times it is shared. The recipient may choose to "Add to Rewards" or "Redeem Now."
