Can I receive points for my purchase if I forgot to scan?
If you forgot to scan your Chick-fil-A App during your transaction at a Chick-fil-A location, visit our Missed Transaction page or select "Account" followed by 'Submit a missed transaction for points' at the top of your screen.
No Receipt: If you no longer have your receipt or are unable to read it, we unfortunately are not able to provide credit for a missed transaction.
Over 30 Days from Transaction Date: Requests submitted outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for credit. Requests for credit on a missed transaction must be submitted within 30 days of the date listed on your receipt.
Exceeded Submission Limit: Approved submissions are only able to be applied to a limited number of missing transactions over the lifetime of each Chick-fil-A One® account. You can receive points for a missed transaction for one Restaurant transaction per submission, per day, per Chick-fil-A One account. Once you have exceeded the maximum number of transaction requests, we are not able to award points for any additional transactions.
