What should I do if my Chick-fil-A One points were used to redeem or gift rewards fraudulently?

If you feel orders were placed fraudulently from your Chick-fil-A One account, please fill out this form or follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares
  2. Select “Account, rewards, & payment.” 
  3. Select “Suspicious activity.” 
  4. Follow the steps outlined on that page. 
  5. If you need additional assistance, select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Once on the form, fill out the fields in detail, letting us know about your issue, so a representative can help you.
