Please verify you completed a valid, authorized Chick-fil-A customer experience survey, which is found at the URL printed on the bottom of your receipt or on the For You tab of the app. Chick-fil-A survey ID codes or serial numbers, digital coupons or QR Codes obtained from a third party (via social media sites, an internet auction site, or other outlet) cannot be verified as valid, authorized Chick-fil-A offers.
Feedback provided on the Chick-fil-A CARES contact form found on Chick-fil-A.com will not result in an emailed offer for a free chicken sandwich.
The digital offer for one free Original Chick-fil-A Chicken or Spicy Chicken Sandwich is sent via email to the email address provided after completing the authorized Chick-fil-A survey. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the email after completing the survey. If after 24 hours you have not received the email, please check your spam, social and promotions folders; verify your inbox is not full; ensure the email account you entered is not behind a firewall.
If you still have not received your offer, please submit a form to our CARES team by going here or follow the steps below:
- Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares.
- Select “Account, rewards, & payment.”
- Select “Receipt survey.”
- Select “Did not receive email with digital offer.”
- Once you’ve reviewed the information here and still have not received your offer, click on the “Continue to contact” button on the Contact Us prompt at the bottom of the screen.
- Once on the form, in the “Please describe your receipt survey issue in detail” field, let us know you didn’t receive your free sandwich offer.
- Then follow the rest of the steps on the form.
