How do I cancel my order after I’ve submitted it? I don’t see that option in CarPlay.
After order submission, the Chick-fil-A CarPlay App currently does not have an option for canceling the order. When it is safe to do so, you will need to open the Chick-fil-A Mobile App and cancel your order there. When you open the app, you should see the Order Fulfillment Status screen. On that screen, scroll towards the bottom and look for the “Cancel My Order” option. This will cancel your order.
