What should I do if I have an issue submitting my order through Apple CarPlay?
We apologize that you’re having trouble submitting your order. We introduced Apple CarPlay as an additional way to serve our Guests and are working to constantly improve the platform and ordering process on the application.
If you are unable to submit your order through CarPlay, please place your order through the Chick-fil-A® App.
For additional CarPlay issues, please contact the Chick-fil-A CARES team and select ‘Technical & Account Support’ then ‘Mobile Order’ then ‘Error when placing a Mobile Order.’ We'll do our best to get you help as soon as possible.
