If you are unable to submit your order through CarPlay, try placing your order through the Chick-fil-A® App.
If you have additional CarPlay or App ordering issues, fill out this form or follow these steps to resolve your issue:
- Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares.
- Select “Account, rewards, & payment.”
- Select “Chick-fil-A One account.”
- Choose from the options available on that page. If none of the options apply, select “Other Chick-fil-A One® account issue.”
- If none of the options on that screen apply, select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Once on the form, fill out the fields in detail, letting us know about your issue, so a representative can help you.
