How do I place a catering order?

To place a Chick-fil-A® Catering order, you can order online, through the Chick-fil-A® App or call your local Chick-fil-A® restaurant to place the order by phone. 

Ordering catering through the Chick-fil-A® App 

  1. Open the Chick-fil-A® App and select “Order Catering”. 
  2. Choose Catering Pickup or Catering Delivery. 
  3. Select your preferred restaurant location
  4. Browse the catering menu and add desired items to your order. 
  5. Choose your preferred date and time. 
  6. Sign in to your Chick-fil-A One® account to receive points with every qualifying purchase. 
  7. Review your order details and complete checkout.* 

Ordering catering online through the website 

  1. Visit the Chick-fil-A® Catering page. 
  2. Select your preferred restaurant location
  3. Browse the catering menu, including trays, boxed meals, and beverages. 
  4. Add desired items and adjust quantities based on your group size. 
  5. Choose pickup or delivery and schedule your order. 
  6. Sign in to your Chick-fil-A One® account to earn points. 
  7. Review your order details and complete checkout.*

*When submitting a catering order online or via the Chick-fil-A App, you will be prompted to provide a form of payment. We accept both credit and debit cards. You can also use PayPal Check Out by logging in to your PayPal account. At this time, we do not accept the following payments for Catering Orders:  

  • Apple Pay or Google Pay 
  • Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Cards (including physical and eGift Cards transferred to a Chick-fil-A One account) 
  • Chick-fil-A One rewards** 
  • Split forms of payments 

Ordering catering by phone and in-restaurant 

Call your local Chick-fil-A® Restaurant location to place a catering order directly with a Team Member. If you place a catering order at the restaurant or by phone call, you may have additional payment options such as Chick-fil-A physical gift cards, Chick-fil-A eGift Cards, or cash payments. However, these can vary by location, so please contact your local restaurant. You can find all store information at chick-fil-a.com/locations

**If you are redeeming a Catering promotional card, the card must be scanned in person at a restaurant because catering cards cannot currently be uploaded to your Chick-fil-A One® account or the Chick-fil-A® App. If you are redeeming a Catering promotional card over the phone, you can share the digital offer code on the back of the card.
