How do I place a catering order?

To place a Chick-fil-A^® Catering order, you can order online, through the Chick-fil-A^® App or call your local Chick-fil-A^® restaurant to place the order by phone.In the app, your order can be placed with just a few taps: Order Catering > Choose Catering Pickup or Catering Delivery > Choose restaurant. Whether using the app or ordering online, you can receive points with every qualifying purchase by logging into your Chick-fil-A One account.

If you are redeeming a Catering promotional card, the card must be scanned in person at a restaurant since catering cards cannot currently be uploaded to your Chick-fil-A One^® account or the Chick-fil-A^® App. If you are redeeming a Catering promotional card over the phone, you can share the digitial offer code on the back of the card.
