What if I need to change or cancel my catering order after I have already submitted it?

You can change or cancel a pending order online up until 24 hours before the order is to be fulfilled. If you need to change the store location or order type (pickup/delivery), you may cancel your order and place a new order.

For any last-minute changes needed or cancellations within 24 hours of your order, please contact the restaurant, and they’ll be happy to assist you! Contact information can be found at www.chick-fil-a.com/locations.
