How do I order delivery on the Chick-fil-A App?

Download the App on the App Store or the Google Play Store.

When opening the Chick-fil-A^® App to start an order, select “Deliver to me” towards the bottom of the first screen. You will then be prompted to select which participating Chick-fil-A restaurant you would like to order delivery from. Depending on location and availability, you may have multiple options: Chick-fil-A Delivery or delivery through one of our national delivery partners, like DoorDash or UberEats. Select your preferred restaurant, delivery method, and the time you would like your order to arrive, and then proceed with your order. If you selected DoorDash, you will be prompted to pay with DoorDash when you check-out through the Chick-fil-A App. DoorDash will be the merchant of record, with the payment transaction being between you and DoorDash. DoorDash will also handle any delivery or payment support questions you have. Once your order is placed, depending on which delivery option you selected, you will be able to track your delivery status with DoorDash or the Chick-fil-A App, as applicable. 

Chick-fil-A One members receive points and can redeem rewards for all qualifying purchases on all delivery orders placed in the Chick-fil-A App.
