To order delivery on the Chick-fil-A® App:
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and select “Deliver to me” towards the bottom of the home screen.
- Select which participating Chick-fil-A® Restaurant you would like to order from.
- Depending on location and availability, you may have multiple options:
- Chick-fil-A® Delivery
- Delivery powered by DoorDash
- Select your preferred restaurant, delivery method, and the time you would like your order to arrive.
- Proceed with your order and check out.
If you selected DoorDash, you will be prompted to pay with DoorDash when you check-out through the Chick-fil-A App. DoorDash will be the merchant of record — with the payment transaction being between you and DoorDash — and will also handle any delivery or payment support questions you have.
You can track your delivery in the Chick-fil-A App or the DoorDash app, depending on the provider you selected.
Chick-fil-A One® members receive points and can redeem rewards for all qualifying purchases on all delivery orders placed in the Chick-fil-A App.*
